JOB DESCRIPTION

General Summary: Fusion Medical Staffing is searching for a motivated Graphic Designer to join their growing marketing department.  In this role the primary responsibility is to produce conceptual designs and a variety of on-brand, effective creative designs for our marketing campaigns, tradeshows, website, social, and marketing collateral. The ideal candidate can is a self-starter who can work autonomously but will also be working closely with a thriving marketing team.

Essential Functions:

  • Collaborate with marketing team to support website design and content marketing (blog, social media assets, & more)
  • Help bring new ideas for design and content creation to the team using your expertise and eye for great design
  • Scope and create design templates for social and print/promo
  • Manage other design needs such as presentations, signage, and trade show collateral as needed
  • Craft landing pages
  • Ad hoc requests
  • Craft landing pages
  • Design graphics to help support our internal initiatives/managing graphic requests from ticketing system
  • Plan graphic concepts by studying relevant information and materials
  • Coordinate with outside vendors to accomplish tasks as needed
  • Scope and create a wide range of graphics and layouts for advertisements, social media, print/promo, and content

Position Type/Expected hours worked:

This is a full-time position, and hours of work and days are Monday through Friday, in between the hours of 8:00am and 5:00pm flexible start/end times).  Regular, punctual and consistent attendance is required

Required Education and Experience:

  • College or Associate Degree in Graphic Design
  • 5+ years of graphic design experience
  • Portfolio of work required
