JOB DESCRIPTION

Essential Functions:

  1. Compliance Specialist send Backgrounds the exact background requirements on a background results note in CORE
  2. Research and initiate all federal background check requirements
  3. Research and initiate all state and county specific background requirements, including fingerprinting
  4. Order, process, and review all background checks
  5. Communicate daily with Compliance Specialist and Sales teams regarding pending results, results, alerts, additional requirements, and delays  
  6. Communicate with clients for clarification, when necessary 
  7. Manage efficiency of process
  8. Manage and maintain all FCRA (Fair Credit Reporting Act) regulations 
  9. Special projects and duties, as needed

Position Type/Expected hours worked:

This is a full-time position, and hours of work and days are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. (flexible start/end times).  Regular, consistent and punctual attendance is required.

Required Education and Experience:

  1. High school diploma or GED required
  2. 2-years of equivalent work experience

Preferred Education and Experience:

  1. College degree
  2. Medical compliance or background check experience
  3. Temporary staffing industry
