JOB DESCRIPTION

General Summary: Fusion Medical Staffing is searching for a Product Owner for the Fusion Marketplace.  This role is responsible for working with cross-departmental teams to define stories and prioritize backlogs across multiple projects. 

Fusion is an energetic, fast-paced environment needing technology solutions to keep us nimble as we rapidly grow.  You will have the opportunity to build products and make technology decisions that will be the foundation of Fusion technology for years to come.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Build user stories and acceptance criteria to meet the definition of “ready for development”
  • Work closely with Business Leads to understand, build stories, and prioritize work
  • Work closely with Agile teams to execute projects

Position Type/Expected hours worked:

This is a full-time, salaried position.  The work week and hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. (flexible start/end times).  Regular attendance is required

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Product Owner or equivalent experience
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience leading successful meetings
  • BS/MS degree or equivalent experience
  • Proficient in English (written and verbal)

Preferred Requirements:

  • Ability to breakdown complex problems into small, actionable items
  • Possesses exceptional professional relationship building skills
  • Proficient in backlog prioritization
  • Some technical background
