Essential Functions:

  1. Provide customer service to our clients with ethics and integrity
  2. Utilize time management and organization skills to manage client accounts
  3. Develop a knowledge of database and other marketing tools
  4. Develop marketing strategies and creating goals
  5. Meet marketing call number expectations
  6. Utilize communication skills to work, in coordination, with the Recruiters in their department.
  7. Assist in client collections and billing
  8. Basic client management from start to finish
  9. Communicate qualified job orders to team
  10. Post jobs

Work Environment:

This job operates in an office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment.

Position Type/Expected hours worked:

This is a full-time position, and hours of work and days are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. (flexible start/end times).  Regular, consistent and punctual attendance is required

Required Education and Experience:

  1. High school diploma or GED

Preferred Education and Experience:

  1. 2-year college degree
  2. 2-years of sales, medical, and/or recruiting experience.  Strongly preferred.
