Clinical Liaison

Fusion Medical Staffing is searching for a Clinical Liaison to join our growing Clinical team. In this role, you will work to ensure compliance with standards set by accrediting bodies, state and federal regulations, and facility requirements while also assisting the sales team with clinical concerns brought by travelers and facilities, licensing questions, and conducting clinical interviews for placements. You will help to develop policies and procedures, create and update job descriptions for travelers, and train internal staff. You will work closely with the compliance team to ensure travelers are knowledgeable for the positions they are placed in by ensuring required competency exams, certifications, and work history are met.
