- Advanced respiratory therapy skills are required, with critical care experience preferred. Must be able to manage ventilators and provide advanced patient care. Must have a valid respiratory therapy license in the state where they will be practicing, hold a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential, and have BLS certification.
