Wyoming Occupational Therapist Licensing Guide

Wyoming uses a mailed paper application (download/print the 'application for licensure by endorsement', sign, affix photo, include fee and proof-of-lawful-presence form, mail original to the board). there is no online application portal. endorsement process for occupational therapists already licensed in another state. You'll need to submit your completed application along with supporting documents and the $225 application fee.

NBCOT certification is recorded but is not the license-verification mechanism..
