TBH, joining the club is a no-brainer if you’re all about being recognized for the incredible work you do. This program was built to celebrate you — the long shifts, the extra miles, and the care you give every single day. As a FuseClub member, you’ll accrue points for every hour you work that add up to exclusive bonuses, exciting tier rewards, and even entries into our members-only quarterly sweepstakes giveaways! Because celebrating you is our favorite thing — and this is just one more way we get to do that.

Reward points are updated every Friday afternoon, based on the hours you were paid for that day. Since payroll reflects the hours you worked the previous week, this timing helps ensure your rewards are accurate and aligned with verified, processed hours. So, when you don’t see your points add up right away, know they’re on their way and worth the wait!

When you hit a new tier milestone in FuseClub Rewards, you can look forward to a bonus with no strings attached. Bonuses are paid out two weeks after you complete the work week that bumps you into your new tier. Every Monday, our payroll team reviews a report of travelers who’ve reached a new tier, and from there, bonuses are processed and directly deposited into your bank account on that Friday's paycheck!

While we’re extremely grateful for the loyalty of our long-time travelers, we want every member of FuseClub to experience the journey from the beginning — earning each milestone along the way. Rather than grandfathering in past hours or tenure, we chose to start all travelers on the same playing field to keep things clear, consistent, and fair. This way, every achievement you unlock is fully yours — and fully celebrated.

Your FuseClub points don’t expire but could potentially take a hit if you’re not actively traveling. If you don’t submit at least 13 timecards within a rolling 365-day period, your total points will be reduced by 33%. The good news? As soon as you’re back on assignment, you’ll start earning again!

Changed your mind about FuseClub Rewards? We get it — the perks are hard to pass up. If you originally opted out during compliance but now want to join the fun, you’re welcome to jump back in! Just reach out to your compliance specialist, and they’ll resend your document package so you can update your selection — a quick fix that’ll have you on your way to racking up rewards in no time!

You'll be pleased to know that you don't have to lift a finger (except to clock in, as usual!). Once you reach the Explorer tier or higher, you'll automatically be entered into the quarterly sweepstakes after meeting the minimum requirements. Here's how it works:

• Submit at least four timecards (with a minimum of 32 hours each) in a single quarter to qualify for one entry
• Every additional set of four timecards gets you another entry with up to three per quarter
• No manual entry is needed! Just keep working, submitting your timecards, and leveling up
• You will see an activity card in the history tab of your FuseClub dashboard each time you earn an entry
