You bring the care — we’ll bring the cash. When you join FuseClub Rewards, every hour you work automatically accrues points that unlock tiers of exclusive bonuses and exciting prizes.

Step 1: Join the club
You’ll have the chance to join FuseClub Rewards during your compliance process. Opt in, sign once, and start turning your hours into real rewards!
Heads up: the only time to join is during onboarding — don’t miss your shot to start stacking rewards.
Step 2: Clock in
Once you’ve opted in, it’s business as usual. Just clock in for your shifts, and your points will start automatically accumulating in your traveler profile.
Step 3: Collect points
Every hour you clock racks up your points, but it doesn’t stop there. As you progress through higher tiers, your accrual rate per hour increases, bringing you closer to bigger rewards and bonuses.
Tiers of joy
With four tiers — Traveler, Explorer, Navigator, and Voyager — FuseClub Rewards grows with you. As you climb the tiers, you claim the cheers with each level offering bigger bonuses and perks that celebrate every milestone, so your hard work never goes unnoticed. (All travelers will accrue points at the standard rate, with the exception of CNAs, DSPs, medication aides, and sterile processors, who will accrue points at the adjusted rate.)
