2025 traveler benefits

New hire

Coverage for medical, dental, and vision is effective on the start date of the assignment. Coverage for voluntary products elected begins the first of the month following the start date.

Coverage end

Coverage for all benefits ends on the end date of the assignment. Travelers may take up to 26 days off between assignments as long as the next assignments contract was signed prior to the current contract ending. In the event coverage is terminated or there are greater than 26 days between assignments, COBRA may be elected for medical, dental, vision and EAP coverage.

                Paid Time Off

                Employee will earn 40 hours of PTO for every 1,560 hours they work (regular, overtime and call back hours). Once this has been earned, it will appear in the Workday paid time off bank. Until it has been fully earned, employee may not use this time off.
