Why I love to recruit
I love cultivating relationships! Getting to know the nurses I work with is my favorite and very important to me. Understanding what they are looking for and what their priorities are, helps me to ensure I am working to find the best fit for them! I love getting to hear about travelers’ experiences and adventures, and have developed some wonderful connections and friendships with nurses from all over the world. I love my job, and would love to connect with you!

Meet Alex
Hey, I am Alex! I’ve been a Nurse Recruiter for the past 5 years and truly enjoy helping nurses find opportunities that fit both their career goals and their lifestyle. Outside of work, I’m a huge sports fan—especially when it comes to anything Nebraska athletics. When I’m not recruiting, you’ll usually find me outdoors at our cabin, fishing, swimming, or exploring hiking trails. Most importantly, I’m incredibly proud to be a husband to my wife and a father to three beautiful girls, who are my greatest motivation every day.

I love recruiting nurses because it allows me to help people find not just a great hospital, but a community and lifestyle where they can truly thrive. Learning what matters most to each nurse and matching their skills, goals, and personality to the right opportunity is incredibly rewarding. That “matchmaking” aspect—connecting the right nurse with the right role—is what makes this work both fascinating and fulfilling for me.
