Why I love to recruit
I love cultivating relationships! Getting to know the nurses I work with is my favorite and very important to me. Understanding what they are looking for and what their priorities are, helps me to ensure I am working to find the best fit for them! I love getting to hear about travelers’ experiences and adventures, and have developed some wonderful connections and friendships with nurses from all over the world. I love my job, and would love to connect with you!

Meet Andy
Well, I'm Andy, I've been recruiting Imaging for the last 14.5 years and while the industry has changed and morphed many times during this time, one thing that remains a constant is getting to be a small part of my travelers journey. "I get people jobs" is what my kids say I do, and in a nutshell that is correct. I'd like to say I get them jobs they really want and I get to be a part an exciting time in their life, where they throw caution to the wind and jump on this beautiful merry go round called Travel.

Why I love to recruit
Making that call and getting to give the good news that we got the offer for that dream assignment is a pretty cool thing, it never gets old. At the end of the day, I get people placed in the jobs that they want and that is super rewarding. Also, I get to live vicariously through my travelers, seeing the awesome places they visit, whether it be on assignment on during the their time off! Many of my vacation destinations over the years have come as a direct result of places my travelers have been and sent me photos of during their assignments.
