Why I love to recruit
I love cultivating relationships! Getting to know the nurses I work with is my favorite and very important to me. Understanding what they are looking for and what their priorities are, helps me to ensure I am working to find the best fit for them! I love getting to hear about travelers’ experiences and adventures, and have developed some wonderful connections and friendships with nurses from all over the world. I love my job, and would love to connect with you!

I love travel nurse recruiting because it allows me to make a real difference—helping nurses grow professionally while supporting facilities and healthcare teams that rely on their expertise. There’s nothing more rewarding than seeing someone thrive in a new environment and knowing I played a part in their journey.
By taking the time to understand each nurse’s unique skills, preferences, and aspirations, I ensure they find assignments where they can excel. I pride myself on making the process seamless, supportive, and enjoyable for both nurses and facilities alike.
