My recruiting career began well before healthcare, working within franchising businesses, but it wasn't until I transitioned into healthcare recruiting that I truly found my passion. The work became more personal, focused on building genuine relationships, earning trust, and advocating for people at pivotal moments in their careers.

Over the years, I've recruited across nearly every healthcare discipline, from Nursing and Cath Lab to a wide range of clinical specialties, and I now specialize in all Therapy and Cardiopulmonary roles. I take pride in truly understanding what each professional wants and needs, then presenting opportunities they may not have even realized were possible, helping them make informed, confident career decisions.

Outside of work, I've been married to my beautiful wife for over six years, and together we're raising two amazing daughters with a third girl on the way. I'm a proud "girl dad" through and through, and that family-first mindset carries into how I show up for the professionals I work with every day.
