I am a home health and hospice recruiter for all RNs and LPNs. For the last three years, I have been devoted to helping nurses find their perfect contract and helping businesses fill their temporary staffing needs with exceptional nurses! I aim to bring premium-quality customer service by providing reliable and timely support. Why I love to recruit
I love cultivating relationships! Getting to know the nurses I work with is my favorite and very important to me. Understanding what they are looking for and what their priorities are, helps me to ensure I am working to find the best fit for them! I love getting to hear about travelers’ experiences and adventures, and have developed some wonderful connections and friendships with nurses from all over the world. I love my job, and would love to connect with you!

Meet Caroline
I've been with Fusion for over a decade, and I am appreciative for the freedom they give me to take exceptional care of my travelers - best in the industry. I focus on what is most important to my travelers: Compenstation, trust, prompt communication from me, responsiveness, attention to detail, accountability, and compassion. I'm proud to be on the Cath Lab team, and experience how focusing on the specialty of EP, IR and Cath benefits our travelers, rather than feeling lost in the mix of all the different healthcare specialties.
