I'm becoming more comfortable talking with him and building a good relationship. We share snippets of our personal life and this helps to build trust and a sense of familiarity.

In the last few years I've seen him go above and beyond in helping to meet my needs or expectations.

He's always checking in to see that I've made it to my assignment and that things are going well. He does regular checks while on assignment and about five weeks before my contract ends , he's checking to see what I want to do next.

He's been very attentive and I feel he's looking out for my best interests.
