I am a home health and hospice recruiter for all RNs and LPNs. For the last three years, I have been devoted to helping nurses find their perfect contract and helping businesses fill their temporary staffing needs with exceptional nurses! Why I love to recruit
I love cultivating relationships! Getting to know the nurses I work with is my favorite and very important to me. Understanding what they are looking for and what their priorities are, helps me to ensure I am working to find the best fit for them! I love getting to hear about travelers’ experiences and adventures, and have developed some wonderful connections and friendships with nurses from all over the world. I love my job, and would love to connect with you!

Meet Christy
Hi there, I'm Christy! I've been a recruiter for a little over 4 years now. Prior to recruiting I worked as a PTA for 7 years and pride myself on having firsthand experience in the world of healthcare! I love assisting people throughout their travel career, from first assignment jitters to "Christy, I just got my first google review, and it's 5 stars!" It's a blessing to be on this journey with others and so fun hearing all the fun and amazing stories about life on the road!

Recruiting gives me an opportunity to make a difference in so many lives! I get to meet new people each day and hear their stories, why they do what they do, and who they do it for. It's incredibly fun and rewarding to watch people grow in their career, and I get to do that on a daily basis, very blessed to have this opportunity.

Be outdoors! We are an active family and love water sports, mountain biking, snowboarding, and any yard game you can think of we will give it our best shot! Spending time with family, hanging out with my best buddy Kloey (our pup) and taking time to appreciate all the things in this life we have been given!
