Meet Ashley
I am a home health and hospice recruiter for all RNs and LPNs. For the last three years, I have been devoted to helping nurses find their perfect contract and helping businesses fill their temporary staffing needs with exceptional nurses! I aim to bring premium-quality customer service by providing reliable and timely support. I work to develop relationships and listen to your goals and preferences to align them with the best opportunities. My goal is to help you find a great contract! I’d love to connect and learn more about what you’re looking for! Let’s chat!

Why I love to recruit
I love cultivating relationships! Getting to know the nurses I work with is my favorite and very important to me. Understanding what they are looking for and what their priorities are, helps me to ensure I am working to find the best fit for them! I love getting to hear about travelers’ experiences and adventures, and have developed some wonderful connections and friendships with nurses from all over the world. I love my job, and would love to connect with you!
When I'm not working, I like to
Spend time with my husband, son, and two pups (Bingo and Buckets!) I love to spend time in nature, exercise, run, really anything outside!

Meet Jesse
I like to consider myself easy-going, laid-back, and fair! I love to work with people who are driven and motivated like myself. Outside of work, you'll find me hanging out with my wife of 15 years, my 10 year old daughter, and 7 year old son. I love to hunt, fish, golf, and spend time outdoors.
As a recruiter, I also pride myself in my responsiveness and attentiveness to my travelers. If you're not hearing from me, call for help, someone may have kidnapped me.
I look forward to working with you!

THE BEST GUY Jesse is the best, he does not push bad contracts, he checks on you and assures it's a good fit. He goes way above and beyond for his nurses 10/10 recommend
Marlayna
He was very nice and helpful. He always answers your phone calls. He is always willing to help make your experience with getting an assignment smoother
Daija
I never had a recruiter that I felt like was for me. Until now, my recruiter answers all my questions and keeps me updated on anything that happens . Even when we had to switch directions it was smooth
Heather
Jesse is on top of everything. He is extremely attentive and responsive. I love his communication. I can always reach him when I need to. He is very kind and he really listens. He works hard to accommodate anything you ask for in a contract. I feel extremely lucky to have Jesse as my recruiter. I couldn’t ask for anyone better. He is also funny and likes to joke. I love that he has a sense of humor and likes to have fun.
