Hi! I’m Kayleen! I’ve been a recruiter with Fusion for nine years, and I truly love what I do. Fusion feels like home, and I’m grateful everyday to support and guide my travelers as they take the next step in their healthcare journey. My why is simple: people and purpose. After nine years with Fusion, I still love coming to work every day because I get to help my travelers navigate their next adventure with confidence. I’m passionate about building relationships, offering honest guidance, and making sure every traveler feels supported, valued, and excited about what’s ahead.
