For the last three years, I have been devoted to helping nurses find their perfect contract and helping businesses fill their temporary staffing needs with exceptional nurses! Why I love to recruit
I love cultivating relationships! Getting to know the nurses I work with is my favorite and very important to me. Understanding what they are looking for and what their priorities are, helps me to ensure I am working to find the best fit for them! I love getting to hear about travelers’ experiences and adventures, and have developed some wonderful connections and friendships with nurses from all over the world. I love my job, and would love to connect with you!

Meet Kyle
Hi! I'm Kyle! I have been recruiting for over 4 years. I have a passion for building relationships with my travelers. I pride myself on being responsive, knowledgeable, and transparent. I love supporting my travelers in their challenges and helping make their experiences the best they can be!
Outside of work, you will find me following my kids athletic endeavors. I am often traveling to their games and enjoy watching them play. I wouldn't have it any other way! Love the crazy life and love to have fun. I believe in laughter and finding the best in every situation. I think that helps put my travelers at ease. We can talk about anything and find a way to turn the bad into good and the good into even better! It's those relationships with my travelers that I truly cherish.

Kyle is very responsive and helpful. He frequently checks in to make sure your assignments are going well and that you are not having issues, and if you are having issues he does his best to help solve them.
Thelma
He helps with all aspects of finding contract and housing for contracts. He listens to what I'm looking for and doesn't try to push other locations on me.
Ciara
He always listens to my wants and requirements for my contracts. He remembers what I like to do on my days off and tries to find contracts that have these activities nearby. Kyle is easy to communicate with and responds quickly when I reach out with questions or concerns. If he doesn't know the answer he reaches out to others to find it.

Kyle is the best recruiter I've ever worked with. He's on your side, explains things as is. He is also very patient and obviously cares about his nurses. Excellent recruiter
