Hey, I'm Lauren!

I'm a long-term care recruiter at Fusion, working with CNAs, LPNs, and RNs who want a recruiter that is responsive, honest, and and has your back.

I'm passionate about connecting healthcare professionals with opportunities that actually fit their lives, not just filling roles. I take the time to get to know you, listen to what matters most, and support you through every step of the process, from our first conversation to your first shift (and beyond).

Outside of work, I'm someone who values connection, balance, growth, and fun! I bring that same mindset to how I support my travelers. I'm here to help every step of the way and excited to hear about all of your adventures on the road.

If you're looking for a recruiter who keeps things real, advocates hard for you, and makes the process feel a little more fun, I'd love to connect🤍
