For the last 6.5 years, I have been dedicated to helping people find their perfect job, and businesses find high-quality professionals in the healthcare industry. I have over 7+ years of experience providing customer service and am driven to ensure that every encounter is memorable and meaningful. Hey, I'm MacKenzie! I have been a recruiter for our therapy division for the last six-and-a-half years. I have a huge passion for people and a soft spot for wanderers — I like to think of myself as a professional people-wrangler, therapist matchmaker, occasional life coach, and full-time hype squad.
From physical therapists chasing sunsets to speech-language pathologists finding purpose on the road, I specialize in connecting incredible therapy professionals with travel assignments that match their skills and their spirit. I love getting to know each traveler’s “why,” helping them navigate their journey, and being the trusted guide who cheers them on every step of the way. I have had several recruiters over the years. When I first got into the travel world I thought I had a really good recruiter. MacKenzie isn't just good. She's amazing. She's blown all my other recruiters out of the water. She listens to what you're looking for and actively looks and watches for what you want. She's responsive. I've never had an issue with reaching her throughout a contract. You ever hear of those recruiters that are super responsive to help you get a contract, and then ghost you once you're in the contract? This is not her. She's in it to the end, helping to make sure things go smoothly. And when they didn't? When I had problems on contracts, she had my back 100%.
