I am a home health and hospice recruiter for all RNs and LPNs. For the last three years, I have been devoted to helping nurses find their perfect contract and helping businesses fill their temporary staffing needs with exceptional nurses! Why I love to recruit
I love cultivating relationships! Getting to know the nurses I work with is my favorite and very important to me. Understanding what they are looking for and what their priorities are, helps me to ensure I am working to find the best fit for them! I love getting to hear about travelers’ experiences and adventures, and have developed some wonderful connections and friendships with nurses from all over the world. I love my job, and would love to connect with you!

Meet Morgan
Hi! I'm Morgan! I started at Fusion in January 2018, and I'm a recruiter in our Nursing Division. I'm upbeat, compassionate, and transparent. I love being an advisor to my travelers–helping them find locations where they'll truly thrive. I enjoy hearing about your experiences and supporting you through any challenges that may come up. Whenever you need me, I'm quick to respond and always happy to jump in and help.
When I'm not recruiting, you can find me hanging with the fam, teaching dance, or lounging with my dog. I love what I do, and I'm grateful for every traveler who trusts me to be part of their journey.

Why I love to recruit
I love to recruit because I get to connect with people who dedicate their lives to caring for others. Understanding their stories, their passions, and the impact they want to make allows me to match them with opportunities where they can truly thrive. There's nothing more rewarding than helping a clinician find the right environment to grow and knowing that, in turn, patients and communities benefit from that match.
When I'm not working, I like to
spend time with my family, enjoy the lake in the summer, hang out with my dog, coach dance (specifically clogging), and explore new places. These moments help me recharge and bring fresh energy to my work, and I love sharing in the adventures of my travelers along the way.
