Why I love to recruit
I love cultivating relationships! Getting to know the nurses I work with is my favorite and very important to me. Understanding what they are looking for and what their priorities are, helps me to ensure I am working to find the best fit for them! I love getting to hear about travelers’ experiences and adventures, and have developed some wonderful connections and friendships with nurses from all over the world. Meet Nick
As a former Cath Lab and CVOR RN, I know what it takes to thrive in high-stakes procedural settings. That clinical experience now guides my work as a recruiter for Cath Lab, IR, and EP, helping me understand what candidates truly need and what hiring managers value most. I'm passionate about supporting clinicians in finding roles where they feel empowered and supported, and helping hospitals build strong, compassionate teams that make a real difference in patients' lives.

I love to recruit because I'm able to rely on my prior experience in Acute Cardiac and Emergency Care as an RN. Using that experience to help the candidates and facilities I represent have the best possible outcomes.
