For the last three years, I have been devoted to helping nurses find their perfect contract and helping businesses fill their temporary staffing needs with exceptional nurses! Why I love to recruit
I love cultivating relationships! Getting to know the nurses I work with is my favorite and very important to me. Understanding what they are looking for and what their priorities are, helps me to ensure I am working to find the best fit for them! I love getting to hear about travelers’ experiences and adventures, and have developed some wonderful connections and friendships with nurses from all over the world. I love my job, and would love to connect with you!

Hi, I'm Phoebe! I dove in as a recruiter in the Long Term Care division in 2024.
It's been a wild ride, and I wouldn't change it! I've gained an amazing travel tribe/friends in the process.
Whether it's laughs, stories, travel pics, motivational talks, or just me listening! I'm here for it!! Once you join my travel team, I will make sure you know you are my top priority/VIP, and I will be there every step of the way!
I know travel isn't for the meek, and it takes a special type of person who is willing to upend their life and fill a need, hours or states away from home. From Maine to Hawaii, I've seen first-time, baby travelers grow and flourish, see places they've never seen before, pick up priceless skills and knowledge on the way, and keep seasoned travelers employed and in awesome travel gigs all over the US!
In my free time, I am usually with my husband, two kids, and Yorkiepoo, Lulu. I love getting some trail therapy and running miles, or lifting, and trying new restaurants. Faith and family are my top; but I also have a passion for health, wellness, and fashion.
I am looking forward to continuing to grow in this role. I learn more every day from the amazing team at Fusion, and my awesome travelers!
