Meet Ashley
I am a home health and hospice recruiter for all RNs and LPNs. For the last three years, I have been devoted to helping nurses find their perfect contract and helping businesses fill their temporary staffing needs with exceptional nurses! I aim to bring premium-quality customer service by providing reliable and timely support. I work to develop relationships and listen to your goals and preferences to align them with the best opportunities. My goal is to help you find a great contract! I’d love to connect and learn more about what you’re looking for! Let’s chat!

Why I love to recruit
I love cultivating relationships! Getting to know the nurses I work with is my favorite and very important to me. Understanding what they are looking for and what their priorities are, helps me to ensure I am working to find the best fit for them! I love getting to hear about travelers’ experiences and adventures, and have developed some wonderful connections and friendships with nurses from all over the world. I love my job, and would love to connect with you!
When I'm not working, I like to
Spend time with my husband, son, and two pups (Bingo and Buckets!) I love to spend time in nature, exercise, run, really anything outside!

Rich is very sweet, and he communicates pretty well. He never makes me feel like Im getting on his nerves, and I know I do sometimes. But, he's very patient and tries to understand everything. This is my first assignment, so my anxiety was through the roof my first few weeks. But, Rich was very patient and talked me through everyday needed. I def recommend him!
Bridget
He is always there when i need him. If he doesn't answer im sure to receive a text reaching out to me

He is one of the best recruiter I have ever met. Extremely caring and understanding. He goes above his duties to make sure I am taken care of and even then he still ask if there is anything else he can do. Always professional and courteous, while still being easy to talk with. He is quick to answer when I call or if not returns the call very soon. Truly a pleasure working with him.
