Why I love to recruit
I love cultivating relationships! Getting to know the nurses I work with is my favorite and very important to me. Understanding what they are looking for and what their priorities are, helps me to ensure I am working to find the best fit for them! I love getting to hear about travelers’ experiences and adventures, and have developed some wonderful connections and friendships with nurses from all over the world. I love my job, and would love to connect with you!

Meet Ron
Hi! I am Ron. I have been recruiting for 11 years, 5 of which have been in the Nursing Division with Fusion. My goal is to find you those travel assignments that have your name all over it - The positions that get you where you want to go and bring fulfillment and joy, as you take care of the people that need you. As my traveler, I would love to find you the best adventures, getting to know and trust each other along the way, so that we can continue those adventures together for as long as you want to travel. I love getting to know people who have a passion for what they do, especially healthcare professionals. And helping people fulfill their dreams, through travel work, is extremely rewarding, whether it is just their dream to see the country, to grow their skills and experience, or to find better financial opportunities; I get to be a part of that, and it makes me so happy to share it with them.

He is the absolute BEST! If I ever have any questions for anything, he is Johnny on the spot! Always fights for the best rate/stipends as much as possible and finds the best contracts!
