For the last three years, I have been devoted to helping nurses find their perfect contract and helping businesses fill their temporary staffing needs with exceptional nurses! Why I love to recruit
I love cultivating relationships! Getting to know the nurses I work with is my favorite and very important to me. Understanding what they are looking for and what their priorities are, helps me to ensure I am working to find the best fit for them! I love getting to hear about travelers’ experiences and adventures, and have developed some wonderful connections and friendships with nurses from all over the world. I love my job, and would love to connect with you!

Hi, I'm Sara! I've been recruiting for 4 years in Nursing. I love connecting with people! Before I was a recruiter, I was a teacher, so I have a helping heart just like most people in healthcare do.
When I meet a new nurse, it's nice to get to know them, find out what's important to them, and guide them to the best available assignment for them. I see myself as more of an advisor than I do a recruiter. I want what's best for my people!
