Why I love to recruit
I love cultivating relationships! Getting to know the nurses I work with is my favorite and very important to me. Understanding what they are looking for and what their priorities are, helps me to ensure I am working to find the best fit for them! I love getting to hear about travelers’ experiences and adventures, and have developed some wonderful connections and friendships with nurses from all over the world. I love my job, and would love to connect with you!

Meet Scott
Hi, I'm Scott! I am a Senior Account Manager in the Cath Lab Division at Fusion Medical Staffing, with over 10 years of experience helping Cath Lab, EP, and IR nurses and techs find the right opportunities across the country. I started my career at Fusion in 2015 and have grown into leadership roles by building strong relationships, supporting my team, and advocating for both clinicians and facilities.
I'm passionate about connecting healthcare professionals with roles that fit their goals, lifestyle, and skills, especially during a time when the demand for Cath Lab talent is higher than ever. Helping clinicians take the leap into travel healthcare and find positions they're excited about is what drives me every day.
