I've traveled with Fusion for years now on and off and I keep going back to them because of my recruiter Shannon N. She is the most genuinely kind, hard working, honest-has integrity travel RN recruiter I've ever worked with. I get called by other travel companies constantly and sometimes I will see a contract that looks great, but then I realize that I won't have my recruiter Shannon and that's the reason why I stay with Fusion. When there is a concern, she listens to me and if I tell her I don't feel safe somewhere because of a practice I've noticed or treatment that is overly toxic or unacceptable, she listens, gives me viable options and makes sure I don't stay anywhere where my license or safety could be compromised. I've been traveling as a critical care RN on and off for some years and I will tell you, an amazing recruiter that is trustworthy, listens, has your back, and works to get you contracts that you want is everything. My compliance manager Rose H who I worked with on my last contract & I am currently working with is also amazing, personable and quickly responsive, and hard working. She is so easy to work with and will walk you through anything you do not understand on top of being so genuinely kind and personable. People make a place and when you're a travel RN going from one place to the other, not always knowing what you're going to run into-especially in a specialty like critical care, you need to know that you have people you can rely on, trust with your license, and trust that they have your well being as priority. As a black woman who doesn't always know how I will be received at different facilities in different critical care settings, I will be picking up my contracts with people I know I can rely on and I have been able to rely on Shannon N on multiple occasions and Rose H for my last and current contract. These women I've worked with are the reason why I think so highly of Fusion Medical Staffing and will continue to take contracts with them.
