Meet Ashley
I am a home health and hospice recruiter for all RNs and LPNs. For the last three years, I have been devoted to helping nurses find their perfect contract and helping businesses fill their temporary staffing needs with exceptional nurses! I aim to bring premium-quality customer service by providing reliable and timely support. I work to develop relationships and listen to your goals and preferences to align them with the best opportunities. My goal is to help you find a great contract! I’d love to connect and learn more about what you’re looking for! Let’s chat!

Why I love to recruit
I love cultivating relationships! Getting to know the nurses I work with is my favorite and very important to me. Understanding what they are looking for and what their priorities are, helps me to ensure I am working to find the best fit for them! I love getting to hear about travelers’ experiences and adventures, and have developed some wonderful connections and friendships with nurses from all over the world. I love my job, and would love to connect with you!
When I'm not working, I like to
Spend time with my husband, son, and two pups (Bingo and Buckets!) I love to spend time in nature, exercise, run, really anything outside!

Wes is the best recruiter I’ve had at any company. He is one of the main reasons I stay with Fusion. Honestly, it is a breath of fresh air to have someone down to earth and no nonsense on your side. Wes tries his best to get you exactly where you need to be with what is available. I have always had him answer me immediately if I have any questions or issues. This is the recruiter you want working for you!
