Oregon is not an NLC member state. Compact license holders cannot practice on their multi-state license in Oregon. All nurses must obtain an Oregon-issued RN license via endorsement, or qualify for a facility-initiated 90-day temporary exemption (renewable once for 30 days). Endorsement is the standard pathway.
Oregon uses an online via the osbn nurse portal (osbn.boardsofnursing.org/orbn) endorsement process for registered nurses already licensed in another state. You'll need to submit your completed application along with supporting documents and the $295 (plus $9 Oregon Nursing Advancement Fund surcharge = $304 total) application fee.
