Accepted Answer

Most travel First Assist RN positions require two years of recent OR experience. Candidates with broader experience across different patient populations and facility types tend to be more competitive for assignments. Your Fusion recruiter can help identify positions that align with your specific experience level and career goals, whether you're seeking to expand your surgical expertise or focus on particular procedure types.
